Very impressed by this office. Every staff member including the Dr are absolutely amazing! My daughter was terrified and by the time we left she was saying how she couldn’t wait to come back and see them. Also, Samantha had her first day today and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter! She definitely a great asset to the office. :)

My son's 9 & 10 years old, had their exam with the Michigan Dental team today. The experience was great. Staff was extremely friendly and made my boys feel very comfortable. They acted like we were all old friends. Definitely made a situation that isn't always comfortable a little more fun

Our 2 year old son needed anesthesia to have dental surgery and this team tackled the nearly impossible task of keeping two extremely nervous moms and a hangry sleepy toddler feeling at ease in an unnerving situation. From the consult to walking us out at the end of it all, every member was extremely warm and kind. As he was waking up from the anesthesia, before we could see him, one of the women (nurses?) held him as if she were his own mother, keeping him feeling safe in a very discombobulated state. In our hurry to see him, I’m not sure if we thanked both girls for treating him like their own so I hope this gets to them! He healed fast and beyond the weariness of the coming to didn’t seem to be in any pain or noticeable discomfort from the work done. All around an amazing experience! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our little guy all while being patient and thoughtful with us all!

Extremely nasty scheduling staff. Taken me through the run around for weeks. The first lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She helped me find which insurance I had by looking it up. At that time the pediatric dentist did not have availability. This went on for two weeks. Supposedly, I have to have a referral ( false,) then I was told that they do not do pediatric dentistry, then I was told that they are only a surgery center, and simply cannot look up insurance, then I was told that they absolutely would be risking their jobs to look up her insurance and she absolutely will not be losing her job, and ultimately talking over me and being rude. I had to tell her that the conversation was no longer constructive and I hung up in the middle of her yelling at me. If that is how the front desk behaves I can only imagine how they treat children. Edit: They called back, lied, and claimed they have a referral for her so I can schedule an appointment. I wish they would leave me alone.
