It's questionable if I would do business again with them. I looked at 1 Apt and agreed to it then they moved to another unit that was not as good. At 1st I thought it was 1 year lease but it just a 6month lease. I kept everything on record but they didn't do very much without me grabbing their attention. Also I'm not getting the security deposit back it the very last moment. Maybe a another apartment complex later on but for now I just want move on.

I have both rented and purchased with the Mid North group - I would highly recommend for both. They keep very nice, well-maintained rental units. The entire move-in / move-out process was easy (they provide clear checklists that give you all the information you would need) and they were quite responsive to maintenance requests during my tenancy. Very professional and friendly staff. On the purchasing side, the process was a breeze. They are very knowledgeable and communicative - I was never in the dark on anything, never had to go looking for information, and they made sure that I completely understood where we were in the process at any point all the way through closing. I've purchased three properties with them (with Nathan and Kirsten) and plan to use them for any future purchases. If you're looking to rent, buy, or sell in the Pella area, this is your group!

I HEAVILY ADVISE AGAINST RENTING THROUGH MIDNORTH, SPECIFICALLY FAIRFAX DRIVE SHODDY CONSTRUCTION, CRACKS AND UNSEALED SPACES ALL OVER DOORS WINDOWS AND FLOORBOARDS, SO MANY BUGS IN UNIT AND THEY WONT HELP YOU WITH IT IF YOU TOUR ANY OF THEIR UNITS TAKE A REAL CLOSE LOOK AROUND AND YOU WILL SEE THEY ARE LOW QUALITY PLUS THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALL WHEN YOU NEED A REPAIR AND WHEN YOU PUT IN A MESSAGE REQUEST THEY TAKE FOREVER!!! WE WENT WITHOUT HEAT IN THE WINTER FOR 2 WEEKS THEY DIDNT SEND ANYONE! POOR COMMUNICATION POOR QUALITY
