First, they've always been a pleasure to contact, and speak with regarding anything. Maintenance have always been handled in a timely & pleasant manner. I'm looking into property management companies currently, and upon seeing how THIS property management company responds to those that gave low-star reviews and have explained how they have poor customer service and communication skills in their dealings with potential and current tenants, I would not even click the link to go to their website to view their offerings. They appear to be master gaslighters and their responses to negative reviews shows just how they TRULY are and how they operate.

I would give 10 stars if it would let me. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. I cannot wait to move into my new home managed by Midlands Property Management. Marni and her team are so warm and welcoming. They took the stress out of everything!

This property management group is absolutely amazing. I was helping my children's father find a place since he works overnights. They were so understanding and allowed me to help him all the steps of the way until he signed his lease. They have been amazing to him with the very, very small issues he had. (he's the first renter of this home so you always find the little nooks and crannies as living there) The landlord is top notch as well. Very impressed with this company.
