So its been a few months purchasing a vehicle the ford super center, didn't wanna give a review early and then something go wrong down the road. I must admit we love our vehicle and has been a pleasure since. Sam at sames really took care of our needs when something happened after the purchase but low and behold Sam said he would take care of it and take care of it he did! If I could give zero stars, I would they suck. I set up an appointment for seven. I’m not gonna lie. I was late by 30 minutes and I called ahead of time and asked if they would want to reschedule until Monday. They said no they were fine, but apparently all I got was an attitude From the manager, and he kept getting pissed off at me and then he had Audacity to think it was OK to set up an appointment for Monday. They were not listening to any of my needs and what I wanted out of my vehicle. If you go here, don’t expect anything fantastic they try to push the vehicle. They want to sell you on you.
