Cindy TurnerI chose this shop because they had good reviews but that was a mistake. I paid $1300 in February to do suspension work to my car. On May 9 I thought I had a nail in my tire, so I took it to get it fixed. They showed me the problem-my tires. After all the suspension work, an alignment was NEVER done. My 2 front tires that are only 11 months old have to be replaced. They are wore down to the metal on the inside. If an alignment was done, like it should have been, this would never had happened. We called to discuss this with them and the shop manager was unhelpful. We were told that they don't do alignments. He said it's not their fault and we would have to deal with it! My tires were fine, just rotated them 1 week before this. What "full service" shop doesn't do an alignment after major suspension repairs? How do they advertise "full service" when they don't do alignments, don't tell people this, and don't have it on their invoice. It's costing me $400 to fix a problem that should never have occurred! Needless to say I will have to look for another shop because I will never go to this shop again or recommend it. BEWARE!!!!!!!
