Horrible company. They have been installing sprinklers in coalfield station for over 2 months now and making an enormous mess everywhere. On over a dozen occasions they have left for the day with their wheelbarrows and tools completely blocking the sidewalk. Our elderly neighbor tripped over a shovel they left on the sidewalk as it was dark out and he didn't see it. He fractured his hip and we are all urging him to press charges in court for their gross negligence and to seek damages for medical bills and distress. These people have no clue what a broom is. Not once have they cleaned up the sidewalk, nor have they ever hosed off their mess. No, they leave mountains of dirt and debris right where people exit their homes. My poor kid can't even exit our home to play outside without walking through a mountain of dirt. I bit my tongue, but today I had the last straw when I watched the owner of the company walk by an enormous mess of 6 inches tall by 4 feet wide of dirt, 2 home blocks down from me, alongside a wheeelbarrow and tools all blocking the sidewalk. He walked up and down the sidewalk, side stepping into the street to get past this mess about ten times. Nobody was actively working near that area , there's no reason you need to leave a gigantic hazardous mess. Did he clean it or ask any of his crew to clean it? Nope, they're just sitting on the grass playing on their phones. If you hire them they WILL ruin your lawn and you WILL have your entire property unearthed and dirt everywhere.

I have used this company to perform some repairs on my system. I was pleased with the quality of work performed until I was overbilled for the services. The technician quoted me one price and stated sever times it included "all the work at my property that day - total bill" (He said it several times to myself and my wife). The office billed me for additional services and wouldn't refund my money. I called the owner to explain and was told that the work done was exclusive of the "startup fee" that is always billed separately. I would think a long time employee (12 yrs with them according to the owner), would have known that the company has a policy of billing the startup fee and whatever other fees there are separately from repairs, and would inform the customer accordingly. Actually, the technician said to me to make sure to tell the office when I get to pay, that the quoted amount was a total we're supposed to pay for his work that day and that no other fees shall be charged. The owner wanted to hear none of it. This is not how you start a new relationship. I will never use Sprinkler-Pros in the future and so shouldn't you. I hope the extra $65 was worth it to them...

When I called them they said service call was free. They charged 65 dollars just for turning off the water line (service call fee). They charged 30 dollars for interest for unpaid balance. Since I paid the total amount they came again. They charge for the call but when you call them they say they don't charge for service call. You can get your system winterized by licensed professionals by paying half the price they charge.

Great service! The county requires us to test the backflow system of our car wash every year. Not only are Sprinkler Pros the most reasonably priced, but they are so fast and especially courteous! We will see you next year!
