After extensive research to have irrigation system installed, I couldn’t be more impressed with Heritage Irrigation professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Andy took the time to address all my questions and demonstrated commitment to doing the job right. What stood out the most was their attention to detail. It’s clear that Matt (owner) and Heritage Irrigation takes immense pride in their work. Their crew was punctual, courteous, and left the site spotless when they finished. When contacting their office to winterize the system and spring start up, service was always excellent. If you’re looking for an irrigation company that combines skill, precision, and a true passion for their craft, I highly recommend Heritage Irrigation. If I had to do it all over again, I would only contact Heritage.

I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to Alvin Malone! I am a new customer with Heritage and have had several Irigation companies prior to selecting Heritage. I noticed my neighbor had Heritage last year and I observed their workers when he was having service. The time and attention to detail was incredible! I decided to switch this year and Alvin came and I was not disappointed! He was meticulously checking EACH and every head and noticed a spot in yard by sidewalk that had a little water which should have not been there. He also replaced a head that was bubbling He asked if I wanted to look into that and I said absolutely! When he started digging he ran into my lamppost wiring as well as my outdoor lighting wire and so he got on his hands and knees and moved soil until he found a PVC pipe for one of my zones which had a nick in it. It must been there for years and no other company took the time to check it out. Alvin took care of patching pipe and the most important part is my lawn. I am very particular about my yard (manicured) and Alvin used his shooter to cut the lawn pieces in sections so when he finished he put back together and I could not tell where he had digged! Again, great job Alvin and THANK YOU for assessment of my system, your professionalism in doing your job and mostly your personality and smile working with me. I know 10000% I selected the right company ESPECIALLY due to you!

Review for Heritage Irrigation I recently experienced a frustrating situation with my sprinkler system when the backflow broke, and I hadn’t scheduled winterization. Upon discovering the leak, I reached out to Heritage Irrigation for assistance. They suggested I proceed with the winterization service and charged me $75. When the technician arrived at my home, I learned that winterization would do nothing to fix my backflow issue. In fact, the service I truly needed was entirely unrelated to winterization. I felt misguided into purchasing a service that wasn’t necessary at the time, rather than addressing the actual problem at hand. To add to my disappointment, the technician didn’t even complete the winterization for which I was charged, citing that there was too much of a deep freeze. Overall, my experience with Heritage Irrigation was not what I expected, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the service. I hope they can improve their communication and ensure customers receive the right assistance for their specific needs in the future.
