For simple ease and a nice place to rest This is the place to go. Remember, you get what you pay for so if you just want a nice simple bed to sleep in and be on your way... This is the best roadside inn that you can count on. The rooms are clean the bed was soft the sheets and blankets nice and white towels and toiletries and it's right place and the water pressure was perfect. I would recommend getting the suites over the other rooms. It's just more room and more spacious.

This hotel is very convenient located in Metairie but easy access from the airport and to downtown. The Airline is better to commute during busy hours. The hotel has very clean rooms and no any maintenance issues. The Front Desk and House Keeping staffs are very nice and friendly. The ample and safe parking. The family owned and managed businesses always make difference.

Our stay at Rodeway Inn was a mixed experience. The reservation process was smooth, and the staff was generally accommodating—especially John, who was very helpful. However, the late-night staff was not as friendly. There were some housekeeping issues with our room, but after speaking with the manager, Sandy, we were able to get most of them resolved. The hotel has a rural, almost overseas-like vibe, which I personally enjoyed, though my wife wasn’t as fond of it. The continental breakfast was sparse, but the waffle was great, and the coffee was hot. There are two drink machines and one ice machine on the second floor above the main office. They are currently renovating several rooms, so you can expect some construction noise during the day. One notable change is that the older pictures online still show a pool, which has since been replaced with an interesting fountain and patio area. Overall, I’d rate our stay 3.5 out of 5 stars. It’s a unique place with a rustic charm, but it may not be for everyone.

Difficult to solve problems here, monetary ones at least. And i had 2 seperate problems. 1)I paid for my room before I got there via priceline. When I got there, the lady at the front desk charged me for the price of a room, even though I had already communicated that I had already purchased my room. She was speaking fast, and when i swiped my card, I assumed I was paying the deposit. But after I did swipe the first time, she proceeds to tell me that I need to pay a deposit. Well I remind her again, firmly, that I had already paid for the room. So she decides to wave the deposit fee. Ive not received my money back at all, I've spoken with nonless than 3 people who work front desk at this hotel, including a manager, and still have yet to receive that money back. 2) another time I stayed there (I went back again cause a needed a room again a few days later, and was promised the previous problem would be looked into and taken care of) i paid my deposit, stayed. Checked out. And still aint got my deposit back from staying 1 night. It has been a full month. Mind you, I've stayed in other hotels in the same area since, paid using the same card, and was able to get my deposit back within less than 2 days. Now I dont like to badmouth people or businesses, but my whole experience with this place has left a horrible taste in my mouth. I refuse to stay at any of the Rhodeway hotels anymore, and I tell other people of same problems they could face if they choose to book with these institutions. The rooms are definitely NOT up to date and the customer service definitely needs work. And it's possible you will not get your money back for the deposit. I do not recommend staying here at all. You're better off booking with one of the more upscale hotels, I ended up stayed at a hotel that required 3x the deposit as this place, rooms way more expensive. But it's definitely worth paying more when you get better quality rooms, and customer service, and I received my deposit back within 2 days. I only chose this location because of its proximity to my job, but it's not worth all the trouble I've come across. Definitely never booking here again.
