I stayed at the America’s best value inn in Denham Springs this past weekend. Previously I had stayed at two other competitor motels for the same price: and Clearly hands down this motel was truly the best value inn. My room was clean. It had small coffee pot, they cleaned my room and did housekeeping each day for 4 nights. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly motel and clean motel I totally enjoyed my stay! And from now on will always use them! Any neg would be they don’t serve breakfast in the mornings like they used to, but it’s totally fine they make up for it in hospitality !

Upon learning of a Peeping Tom skulking around the property, the staff alerted me with a phone call to my room, and I assume to other guests, to warn of this intrusion. It is this type of attention to detail that separates this property from the rest!

Friendly service, but the house is a bit run down. My room (216) needed a make over. The bed linen was a bit stained in some places, although certainly cleaned. There were also burn marks. The bed was still comfortable. The socket between the beds did not work. As did the coffee machine, but I got another one. On a Friday, the hotels are of course much more expensive, but for ten dollars more, I could have booked something better. The location is quiet and good because there are various restaurants and bars around the corner. No breakfast served anymore!

Positive: There is nothing Negative: I did not like they did not serve breakfast and did not like that I could not get swimming. I did not like that they were rude. I did not like that I had mold on my roof I did not like a Saturday.
