Everything about this hotel, inside and out, is clean. The beds were wonderful and so was the staff. There is a nice sized pool and a spa. An exercise room with a treadmill and the heart healthy options on the large breakfast buffet allowed me to travel again carefree. The franchise owner was on the premises daily. He and Jeff ( front desk) were very friendly and worked hard to ensure all guests enjoyed their stay. One word for this experience: Stellar

The hotel is in a very nice location. It has a good breakfast. The downside to our experience was the shower in room 303. It is a handicapped room with a roll in shower. The shower totally flooded the bathroom floor with water running into the room and soaking the carpet. If you were very careful this did not happen. The drain in the shower area is nearly flat with no slop for water to drain. The water also does not flow into the floor drain the the bathroom. This water issue is an accident waiting to happen! We used towels to keep the water in the shower which helped.

This is my first Holiday inn Express so I didn't know what to expect. The service was great, the breakfast was great as well. The location is fairly easy to get to. Everything was clean as it should be. So if you're down with the Express I would give this one a shot.

Where do I start!? It is SO hard to find a hotel that is clean and comfortable. This hotel met all of our expectations. The rooms were updated, smelled fresh, cool air, comfortable beds and pillows, insanely CLEAN! We were so surprised by the free breakfast. Lots of great options like Greek yogurt, eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereals, juices, coffee, sausage gravy, pancake conveyer belt (huge hit with the kids!) The pool was another bonus. Clean and smelled good- had to take the kids for a swim! We were just passing through and couldn’t find a hotel in Columbia- so happy we found this great place. Would DEFINITELY stay again. This is the cherry on top of the end of our vacation. Huge shout out to Amy at breakfast who was wonderfully welcoming and kind. 🩷🥰
