» Customer Experiences:
Unfortunately the room had cob webs and didn’t really seem worth $500 a week. However there are no car alarms going off day and night like the Extended Stay that’s 2 miles down. Also the staff is just as nice during the day. We didn’t experience night staff at this location but that’s why we left the other.
If you are looking for an extended stay, this is probable the nicest one around. The front desk staff is really helpful and the beds are comfortable. Plus they’re pet friendly.
Walls are super thin. I can hear the people in the next room breathing. They also smoke pot and I have to air out my room daily, it makes me feel sick and I didn't even get a buzz. Bad, bad and bad. Of course I complained about the smoke but management doesn't fix the problem. How can it smell so strong in my room and they can't figure out what the actual source is??? They just don't care to find out. Room is OK if you don't mind not having a stopper in the sink. I bought a screen for it in case I drop something small, so it won't disappear. It's linoleum flooring. I had to vacuum, especially around the edges by the door because there was dried mud nodules getting tracked all over the room. I'll try the extended stay up the street in Merriam. I was there before and it was much quieter and no skunk weed smell. When you look at the door of the room from the inside you can see light coming in everywhere. So you get lots of road noise from the interstate. You would think that here up north they would not want heat the outside in the winter, but maybe it's part of their ventilation plan, which is not working. I've had a lot of bad experiences at hotels over the decades. This ranks right up with some of the worst. Extended Stays never have enough parking when they are fully booked, that's a given. With Panasonic manufacturing plant going up nearby, they will probably be very full in this area through 2027. The parking spots are too small for 4WD trucks and such. So don't expect to survive without plenty of door dings.
