Read this before you allow this company to represent your Park City home. Becky and her team did not do background check on tenants. She directed us to change out our plumbing after tenant flushed large number of wipes down the toilets and made the sewer back up. She falsely claimed that her attorney told her we should change out our sewer pipes. She didn't make time to consult plumbers to find out what caused the issue. We asked her to assist with tenant move out. She did not notify us of all the items this tenant broke. She threw the house key in the dirt by the front door. Unprofessional and checked out. After all the problems this tenant gave to us they offered to buy our house for pennies on the dollar using Becky as realtor. Mountain Property Management is a scam.
