Bob at Vista Property management is the best landlord I have ever had, hands down. The rent is amazing, and with it I expected sub-par repairs or problems with the house, but everything has been excellent, and what few issues we had (routine maintenance) he had someone out there the same day. He even faxed Comcast permission that they could drill us a hole for internet on his day off. My friends apparentment had 2.3 stars and I went to compare it to Vista and 5 stars just makes sense, so I decided that I should back up those with my own. I recommend them to anyone. And if you are reading this Bob, thank you :) - Adam
