chris coteTotal scam!!! They charge a 109 just to show up, not such a big deal. I already new what part had to be replaced, they probably could have given me an estimate over the phone, or at least told me the hourly rate. At first I was told they would not be able to make it out on the day I called. Then I got a call back minutes later saying that the technician was available and would be there soon. The technician told me it would be over 800 to fix. He said it would be two hours work plus the cost of the part and taxes. I priced the part at 150 dollars. So the markup on the part was double. Then he informed me there labor rate was 225 an hour. 225 an hour to fix a washer is absolutely ridiculous. Really feels as if they just shot some stupid number out there, collected there 109 dollars and went down the road.

It was decided that I needed a new one. Was guarnteed if i purchased dishwasher they would come out and install it and the $109 that was paid would cover the install.Past few months I had to go out of town on family emergency but called them to 3 weeks ago to ensure my install would still be done. I was told yes it was still a good. Today I get the call that it's been too long and I would need to pay an instalation fee now
