I called them in for an appliance issue that seemed relatively straightforward, but unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended. First, their technician completely failed to diagnose the problem accurately. After spending an absurd $800+ on repairs over a span of three months, the issue never got resolved. I can’t believe how much time and money I wasted, thinking they were going to fix the problem, only to have it persist just as it was before they came. What’s even worse is that when I reached out to the company to get someone back out to address the ongoing problem, they flat-out refused. They insisted I would need to pay yet another fee for another visit, even though the issue was never properly fixed in the first place! The lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond frustrating. To say I’m dissatisfied would be an understatement. I am appalled at the poor service, the wasted money, and the sheer lack of concern for doing right by the customer. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Mr. Appliance if you value your time, money, and sanity.
