I have lived in my community for over 24 years and have been very pleased with MRA Property Management. For the last 5 years, I have been the president of the board of my community and dealt with a transition of one fabulous property manager to another! I was a little concerned about the transition initially, to a new manager, but Angel picked up right where Teasa left off. Angel is very responsive, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and makes sure things get done in our community. She will go above and beyond to get questions answered and make sure we are happy with the outcome. I am glad that we have been lucky to have MRA as our property management company for as long as I lived here because they've made sure that our community stays in tact! Thanks MRA!
MRA has managed the Devonshire III HOA for approximately 20 years. As a Board member for past few years, I find them professional, and true to what a Property Management office does. In recent years, the staff has been polite and very helpful to the Board, myself, and our unit owners. We especially thank Ginger and Linnea for their constant attention. They have been instrumental in finding contractors to handle our property issues and improvements to our community and our success. Reminder to those who live in Condo or HOA, you are only truly success comes when the property management and an active Board works together. MRA cannot make decisions without approval of the Condo Board. There is a lot of confusion and/or misunderstanding of the roles of each group. Get involved so you better understand.
