I just want to thank God for Muscle House & Fitness, its owner, Chris, and my personal trainer, De’ja!!!💜💜💜 My life has changed in 2 months. I have been suffering from a work related injury and it was nearly impossible to stand for 4-5 minutes unassisted and I was in constant pain 24 hours a day…for years. I was led to this gym after fervent prayer. Chris was so helpful and understanding of my plight. He gave me, not only hope that things could be better, he offered a solution, De’ja!!! She is the most compassionate, gentle, yet relentless trainer!! Long story short, today I completed my hour long strength training session completely standing. I’m getting my life back thanks to De’ja and Muscle House & Fitness!!! To God be ALL the Glory!!!!!!
