My mother received excellent physical therapy at the Laurels of Willow Creek for a shoulder injury. Michelle and all the staff were so great to her! The Administrator clearly runs a tight ship full of wonderful caring staff who want to be there not only for rehab but also for long-term residents. We have both recommended several friends who also have shared the same experience. We cannot recommend The Laurels of Willow Creek enough!❤️

My dad, who has Alzheimer's, was recently transferred to The Laurels of Willow Creek for rehab. He spent about two weeks there recovering and regaining his strength, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care he received. Every staff member was professional, consistent, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The aides Wanda, Laura, Kathleen & Connie were patient, kind, and helpful, making sure my dad was comfortable and well cared for. The physical and occupational therapists Ted and Claire were absolutely wonderful, successfully helping him get back on his feet. Seeing the level of dedication and support from everyone at the facility gave me great peace of mind. I would absolutely consider The Laurels of Willow Creek again if we ever need their services in the future. Highly recommend!

The team at The Laurels of Willow Creek took excellent care of my husband on 2 separate stays. Everyone from the nursing team, administration, PT and OT, dietary and even the maintenance crew made his stays comfortable, safe and as stress-free as possible. They run a tight ship, which is important, but they do it with compassion. The staff helped me feel less overwhelmed as I transition to being the primary caregiver at home. I'm impressed with the knowlege and skills everyone displayed, and the vast resources that are available to patients and their families. I would definitely recommend the facilty and the people there.

Our experience at the Laurels of Willow Creek was a positive one, especially considering the challenges that come with any skilled nursing/rehab stay. Ginny and Mary were true assets to us throughout the process. Their guidance, advocacy, and willingness to talk through various scenarios made a tough time more manageable. What stood out most was their genuine commitment not just to the immediate care of patients, but to their long-term well-being. The front office staff was equally impressive. They’re friendly, resourceful, and always willing to help. They took the time to answer questions and explain options, never making us feel rushed or overlooked. The facility itself was consistently clean and well-maintained, with staff regularly seen disinfecting and tidying common areas. The PT, OT, and SLP teams were excellent. They made every effort to schedule a full day of therapy and pushed patients to achieve the best possible outcome. Their dedication and encouragement make a real impact on the recovery process. I’m thankful for their support, care, and professionalism during a time when it was needed most. As someone with over a decade as a firefighter/EMT, I have been inside of hundreds of these style of rehab centers. This is one of the very few I have been impressed with.
