I went to the Royal Treatment for an initial evaluation and based on that evaluation I decided to return for 8 sessions to work on the weaknesses they identified and how I can strengthen those areas and increase my flexibility. That was a little over 3 years ago and my swing speed hasn’t changed and I play without any discomfort. I’ll be 68 in April. I went back for another evaluation last week and once again, their expertise identified another area to improve and strengthen but as importantly, my hip and core rotation had stayed strong after 3 more years of aging. I have Dr. Andy and Dr. Zach to thank for that. If would highly recommend checking out the Royal Treatment - you will be glad you did.

I've enjoyed working with Dr. Zack over the past 3 months and have seen steady gains in both my mobility and strength. The movement and strength programs are practiced in their facility and available through an app tailored for my specific needs. On days I'm not there I can go to the gym and work through my prescribed program at my own pace. Additionally, I tore my bicep and had some medial epicondylitis after hitting into some hardpan during a round of golf. Dr. Zack took the diagnosis from my orthopedist and prescribed his own treatment plan. The dry needling, isolation exercises, and blood flow restriction treatments quickly healed my right arm and I am back to full speed. Highly recommend Dr. Zack and the Royal Treatment for golf programs and other treatment options if needed.
