Well, where to start… I placed a large online order from IKEA to be delivered today, September 8th, 2025, in Battleford, SK. The delivery information clearly stated that the driver would call before arriving in the morning, with delivery scheduled anywhere from early morning up until 5 p.m. No phone call, no contact, nothing all day. After waiting around, I had to leave at 3:03 p.m. to collect my son from school. Of course, that’s exactly when the delivery turned up. Still no phone call until after the driver had already arrived and found no one home. Instead of contacting me properly, the driver simply left all the items outside at the front of my garage and drove off. This is absolutely not acceptable service. For such a large order, proper communication and care should be a minimum standard. I will be leaving this review across social media and other platforms, and I will also be filing a direct complaint with IKEA. Customers deserve far better than this.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the customer service. I got a package with a tear in the box, they called soon after to make sure everything was ok inside. That really made me feel good, and I appreciate them taking the time to check. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Called today to speak to someone about arranging a pick up. The guy was incredibly rude, and was mad that he had to enter in all the information, then at the end I said thank you and he just hung up the phone, no goodbye or anything. I’d be happy if I didn’t have to deal with them again.
