Mediocre at best. They are the only dentist nearby that accepts my insurance. I got a filling and a "ledge" was left, making a perfect opportunity for a cavity to form. Rescheduled and Tried to get it fixed, and when I arrived, I had to wait behind a computer illiterate guest, taking ten minutes to check in. By the time I was able to check in, they said I was too late, 9 minutes past the scheduled time and they sent me packing. I set up ANOTHER appt. Took off work. They call me a few days later to get me in EARLIER. I take the opportunity. Now it's the day of, I just received a call and they are under staffed, so now I not only cant get my original date, I have to wait another 4 weeks. You'd think they would give me back the appointment that I set up originally, since it's their mistake-I only gave it up to take this earlier date and help them maintain a paid time slot for another patients cancelation. Obviously they have no problem blowing off their patients. They half heartedly work, they aren't professional, and scheduling is a joke. Zero sense of Customer Service. Wasting my time and doing the absolute bare minimum when it comes to dental standards. Turns out they are "understaffed" because they don't even open until 8am. I was scheduled for 7:45. Understaffed? Or under qualified to perform basic office administrative duties. Extremely annoying and a huge inconvenience.

Assistant Kelly and Dr. Hall were very informative. I had a much better experience today. Tooth pain is no joke, and I definitely feel better leaving today with the information I have to go to a specialist. Being able to pinpoint where the pain is actually coming from is a relief in itself.

I’ve gone to This dentist for almost 10 years. It is the best fastest and friendly dentist in this area. I used to be so afraid of being in pain even for a cleaning after one cleaning here, I’m no longer afraid.

The communication at this facility is very unprofessional. Try to get appointment, they tell you to call in the am putting you on their Emergency call list, don't get called Called them back to see why no follow up and they say " I had three pages of calls" try again tomorrow..... Called again in am and was told I could come in for X Ray's (full mouth) eval and cleaning. Tried to explain that I was following up with issue that I was told to call back for from my last visit, lady would not let me explain and hung up on me. Following morning got call from Maryanne and she informed me that they're refusing to treat me!! Asked to speak with manager, three days later no call. Called headquarters and informed them of my conversation, was told that someone would get back with me shortly, no call. IAM a senior citizen on a fixed income, treating us does not give you the right to take away my rights to manage my own Care. Seems that other reviews also address staff concerns. Received follow up call from headquarters and had to explain experience again. Said they would use this as a "training" tool. Sure not getting response to this review like other 5 stars!!
