I had an exceptional experience at this Urgent Care clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were kind and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entrance being heated was a thoughtful touch, especially on a chilly day. The doctor I saw had outstanding bedside manner. She genuinely listened to my concerns and understood the urgency of my situation. I appreciated her compassionate approach and her commitment to taking the necessary steps to get me on the path to understanding what’s going on with my health. The nurse who assisted with my blood draw was equally gracious and kind, making the process as comfortable as possible. Overall, this clinic provided 5+++ star care. The combination of thoughtful amenities, attentive medical professionals, and a focus on taking action steps gave me confidence and comfort. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed.

I walked in without an appointment during Traverse City’s busiest week. I appreciated the convenience and efficiency of the urgent care facility. I signed in on a tablet kiosk, received a text which allowed me to check my placement. I waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room and was immediately seen by Chelsea (nurse practitioner or physician?) when I went to the examination room. I was in and out within 30 minutes. All of the staff were kind, helpful, and professional.

Didn't have much of a wait time to get seen & the staff was friendly & efficient. I paid my co-pay when i registered which was reasonable. I had xrays taken of my foot & got a diagnosis not long after that. I then got instructions on what to do upon leaving & was out the door in under an hour. I would definately go there again.
