Ended up at this urgent care as it was the closest one near me at the time needed. I’m not from this area. After reading the reviews, I was kind of horrified about What to expect. . But everybody was super nice, the place was so clean. Had no issues whatsoever. Couldn’t understand why it had such a low rating. Receptionist was super nice, very welcoming As Was the x-ray technician, Nurse, everybody.

The most disorganized and unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. I've been trying to get help with the same infection for almost two weeks. They failed to label my specimen and lost it. I called because I still have the emergent related issue, and I was told by a "nurse" that I should wait a month to see a specialist... for my ongoing, antibiotic resistant infection. You would think they would care, it's literally their job. I will be going to the ER tomorrow, because I definitely still have an infection after two rounds of antibiotics. Shameful.

I'm starting to believe that the entire university of Michigan hospital system is incompetent. Starting off with Dr Shane doing a simple cyst removal on my knee, then removing the stitches too early and the incision opened up within days. Now I'm dealing with the after affects. Seeing Dr at the wound clinic in Gladwin. I noticed on Friday that there was a infection and it spread lower of the first incision. I called to see if they would send in a antibitic prescription. They wouldn't and told me to go to urgent care so they could do a culture. So I go there today and they don't even look at it and tell me that I have to go to the original surgeon Dr Shane. It would be nice if one of these nurses, Doctors NP, had some integrity and common sense. So now I get home and get a alert from My Michigan chart and it states that I went in for Leg Pain! Pain was never even talked about. So now not only do I have to deal with a infection and a long term healing process; I have to deal with unnecessary co-pays. This is incompetence at it's highest level. I will be contacting the state of Michigan and my insurance company as well! I wouldn't recommend this urgent care or any my Michigan hospital affiliation!

I would give zero stars if I could!! I drove 45 min. for my daughter to get stitches taken out (one would think any somewhat competent physician could handle) and was turned away because we needed the paperwork given to us when the stitches were done. No problem; drove 45 min. home, grabbed it, and drove 45 min. back. They then refused to do it because even though we had ALL the paperwork (the ONLY paperwork even available to us) they said that since it lists the number of stitches but not the exact location they can’t do it. If your pathetic staff can’t count 2 stitches in a chin, and 7 above an eye, then they are useless!!! Good luck if you need any actual help!
