I’ve brought my car here a few times now and have always had a good experience. Most recently there was some confusion with my bill, but the team handled it very professionally and made things right. They were fair, honest, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the outcome. As a woman, it means a lot to feel like I can bring my car in and not worry about being taken advantage of. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service, and I feel confident bringing my car back in the future. Krista and Dan are very nice and respectful. I went in last year because my passenger window wasn’t going up and kept getting stuck. I brought my truck to them and they called me later that day to say it was all done. Since then, I’ve continued going to them for any issues with my truck. They always do an amazing job, and I have no complaints. They’re honest, reliable, and I highly recommend them.

Guys, try to remember your best experience as a customer anywhere. I know, it's not easy, especially now-a-days when a lot of companies are waking away from human to human interaction. Emails, robot calls, can't talk to anyone directly anymore. Mr M's is a car mechanic service and guys, I never got such a high level of the professionalism at any mechanics before. My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Mr M's, and no matter the issue, just simple oil change or complex repair, it's done promptly, with the best quality of work. But what's really impressive is that as soon as you pass the entry, you will be treated as a friend or even like a family member. It is an almost forgotten atmosphere of the family business and in Mr M's you will experience it every single time! Thank you Mr M's!
