I’m very disappointed with my experience with Robert and National Electric. I was told upfront that I would receive a 10-year guarantee on the work. After paying $6,200, I never received a receipt or any written documentation of the guarantee. I followed up several times and still have not been provided anything in writing. This has been extremely frustrating and not at all the professional experience I expected. I hope this can still be resolved, but as of now, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to work with them, make sure you get all guarantees, receipts, and paperwork before making any payment.
Rob and his team showed up within an hour, completely gutted and redid our electrical in one business day. Al and Will were very professional and efficient. If you live in southeast Michigan and need electrical work done, these are your guys.
