I’m very disappointed with my experience with Robert and National Electric. I was told upfront that I would receive a 10-year guarantee on the work. After paying $6,200, I never received a receipt or any written documentation of the guarantee. I followed up several times and still have not been provided anything in writing. This has been extremely frustrating and not at all the professional experience I expected. I hope this can still be resolved, but as of now, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to work with them, make sure you get all guarantees, receipts, and paperwork before making any payment.

Beware of this company I called them to troubleshoot a loose neutral in two bedrooms. They came out and immediately said I needed a whole new service $5200. They charged me $175 for a service call. I am a retired, licensed general contractor. I called two more electrical contractors and sent them pictures. The electrical contractor I hired fixed it for under $400.
