You kind of get a sense of how the experience will go in the first 5 minutes you speak to someone, and after consulting with Dave, I knew Power Control was going to be the company I went with. Even ahead of getting multiple estimates. Dave and Val were both very easy and accessible to communicate with through texts. Both were very easy to work with, prompt, dependable, and professional. I'm extremely pleased with the work Dave did both inside and outside, and he made sure to leave everything neat and tidy when he left. He also explained everything to me in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect job and costwise. It's not easy finding hardworking, honest people, but should you ever need a complete electrical upgrade like I did, I HIGHLY recommend working with Dave and Val. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. Who you talk to are the ones who show up. Dave did excellent work and was so prompt and professional. He worked for.hours outside on a ladder in the gusty cold wind.. Val is who I talked to on the phone and she is such a sweetheart! They arrived a half hour after I called ON A SUNDAY evening and Dave found the problem very quickly. Because we had no heat and the job would take hours, he fixed it so our heat worked and they came back the next morning. I feel blessed to have met them and they will get any of my electrical buisness from now on. Try Dave and Val and you will never go back to that shoddy electrician who charges you too much for a poor job!! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
