Not a happy customer. The workers left trash from their lunch on my lawn and in the flower bed. They cut a branch from the neighbors tree that was reaching towards our roof. Instead of cutting just the piece that was in their way, they cut the entire branch and left it hanging on my fence over to the side of my home. They had a massive trash bin out in front of my home while they were fixing the roof and they couldn't take the time to throw the branches in the trash bin much less their garbage from lunch. They dropped pieces of wood down on my vehicle in the garage and dropped a fluorescent bulb from a light fixture onto my car. I was never warned to cover my car in the garage. When they finished they left boxes and rolls of roofing material on my roof. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Poor Customer Service. We signed papers in January. We were told it would probably be March before the could start because of Weather. In March we called and were told about 6 weeks out. In May we called again and were told we were on the list. Then in June they called and gave us about 4 days notice they would be starting. So we stayed home from taking a family vacation. Workers left trash anywhere they sat for a break on our property. Dryrought was only removed and boards replaced because I requested it. They took raingutters down and did not reinstall. I had to prime the facia that was replaced as they kept roofing. When the job was finished Howard called within days of receiving the final invoice asking when we would be dropping off payment. Howard told my wife he would send someone out to fix the gutter. Then called me out of town on work and said he wouldn't the same day. (Playing mom against dad). We also found damage to our kids basketball hoop from the workers throwing down metal off the roof. I wanted to use a local family business from the area but reqret my decision. What ever happened to good ol customer service.
