Recently I had to bring my daughter-in-law to Integris Health at Council Crossing for severe stomach pain and nausea. The whole staff was amazing. Check-in was smooth and they got her back into an exam room quickly. Hannah, her nurse was so caring and efficient. She quickly checked her vitals and took all the information she needed to convey to the doctor. Although they had trouble getting her IV since she was so dehydrated they were gentle and patient. They got the line in and promptly administered meds to help her. She needed a CT and while we were waiting a more urgent patient came in. Hannah let us that the wait would be a bit longer than expected and made sure we had everything we needed while we waited. After the CT scan, the doctor recommended she stay overnight and they seemly transferred her to the other hall and made her comfortable. My son was able to come at that point to stay with her. The staff made our experience so much better thank I ever expected and I left that day so thankful for their expertise and caring attitude. Kudos to you all.

If I could give Hannah a million points, I would. I had to rush out of the E.R. due to an emergency at the school and I do apologize for that. Babies come first. But I wanted Hannah to know I did get that scheduled. She will know what I mean. And I also wanted everyone to know Hannah is the nurse to go to. She remembers every detail from any visit. I am recently on the journey to figuring out my health issues and staying on the right path especially with me being in recovery. Hannah has been the most compassionate, caring and full of knowledge to give about what’s going on with this process. She is straight forward. She hears your concerns and addresses all of them. She is encouraging and patient. Thank you Hannah for everything you do for my health and all the advice and knowledge you’ve given me. I trust you and my primary care physician with my health journey!

My son’s fiancé was admitted there for care recently and the doctors said staff were top notch, especially nurse Hannah she is awesome! My wife and I and especially our son were very grateful and encouraged by the care that she received there. I wholeheartedly recommend this fine hospital to anyone who needs care. All the people that help me here were amazing Brendon at check in and registration was seamless with no issues . My nurse Hannah , Chen , cricket were caring and compassionate. And did venting they could to make me comfortable. Dr Hubbard was good to and listened to what I had to say . I ended up getting admitted and the night shift and day shift on inpatient side were amazing as well Carolyn, Tracy were my nurse were amazing and worked hard to make me comfortable. Thank you to this hospital and its staff form making me better and making my bad day of not feeling well run smoothly even when there Ed was full !
