Best property manager. Shelly is a great help. When I lived out of state she took care of my property seamlessly. I then needed her services again years later. Anytime I needed help she was a wonderful resource. Anytime a repair was needed it happened quickly and the work is well done. I only stopped with her services cause I sold my property. She is very thoughtful in screening tenants. She keeps great records and it makes everything simple. I have and will continue to recommend her to landlords and tenants.

I have rented 2 houses from Shelly. The first house the owner decided to sell without warning! They were willing to honor my lease but I was eager to get somewhere settled. When I moved my reclining couch I discovered that there was a metal bar that had been digging into the floor and destroyed the carpet. Shelly could have easily charged me for that but said the new owner planned to install hardwood floors so I would NOT be charged for it. I did forget to clean under the fridge, and I had somehow dropped a screw inside the garbage disposal and jammed it up. I was charged for both but it was well within reason. I have been in the second house for almost 3 years. I have had several minor issues; the door not locking due to the house settling, AC going out this year, gate fell apart, and the folding closet door failed. EVERY SINGLE ISSUE has been handled quicker than I expected! I even had to be late on rent once and she didn't charge me a late fee. Highly recommend renting from Shelly!
