I had two of my babies at this hospital and the L&D side was pretty good. Staff were sweet. I also go there for my primary care provider and 3 of my kids as well and we have the BEST doc and nurses. (Dr Esau) is amazing. Front desk ladies are super sweet and informative (in person and over the phone). They're pretty quick to call back if you have to leave a message, no issues with rescheduling either. I love this place. Been going for almost 6yrs. 5 ⭐ hands down.

Everyone is so kind! The hospital staff made my experience after a brown recluse bite, amazing! They helped distract me from the pain. Dr Bates is an amazing doctor who listened to me and kept me in his thoughts when giving me advice!

I would like to share that my appointment was for 2:15 and I was asked to arrive at 2:00. I had to wait an hour before the doctor to see me. I feel that was a little longer than usual. Don’t ask patients to come early then make them wait on the doctor.
