Avoid this company. I applied for a rental property and was told I was first in line. I scheduled a viewing for the following day, only to find out another group was shown the property before me and ended up renting it. Clearly, application order doesn't matter. It feels like a tactic to collect additional application fees from multiple hopeful renters. Proceed with caution.

Lead us on for weeks with zero updates. Scheduled 2 separate tours and other people we're scheduled at the same time as us?? We applied immediately and apparently BOTH properties we viewed were somehow rented out immediately after we viewed it. Even though we called immediately after we stepped out of the property tour. If you planned on accepting other applicants then stop showing the property to others.
