On 10-21-24 I came home to maintenance from Noah properties, taking my belongings out of my house and sitting them on the lawn. I confronted them and asked them what they were doing. They told me that they were instructed to move out my belongings due to an eviction. I got my phone and showed them where I paid my my rent and I was current and I was not informed of any move out, then contacted their manager. The manager told them that they were at the wrong apartment and to put my things back where they found it and apologize. They gave me an email to the rent office And told me to email Erin Sweets to have this straightened out, I emailed Erin only to find that I was only being offered one month free rent at the time and nothing else. No replacement of the damaged items just one month I didn’t ask for a month and a half she said that was fine. The maintenance worker offered me $100 to recover the alcohol and cat food. They threw away along with other very meaningful items. I sent the hundred dollars back to the worker and let them know that I was not accepting the hundred dollars as a form of repayment, I went to the office to speak with Erin personally. Upon arriving, we spoke, and she stated that they would not be able to do more than a month and a half because the value of my items didn’t equate to the amount of money that the three months would equal to. I also asked her about going to the magistrate doing things illegal way. She told me that I had no case and it would be easier to just take the Month and a half, and that it would be instant as well. I asked for 24 hours to think about it and I came home to clean up and put up everything only to find more broken things and my Laptop destroyed. I emailed her about the laptop and every time I talk to her I notice that they make it seem like I moved my stuff out or like I’m aggravating them. I’m going to speak with them tomorrow 10/23 about compensation. They are now offering 2 months. *UPDATE* They provided me with 2 months of rent and replaced my broken items. They also offered to pay for a cleaning service. I accepted and am grateful for the speedy resolution.

I've been a resident for 11 months now and this is the BEST property I've ever stayed on!! Not only the community as a whole, but the staff as well. Ruth in the front office has not only accommodated me, but also helped me build my credit thru rent payments and helped me stay on track building back up my name as a resident!!! She even helped me get approved for a townhouse located on the same property to keep building and made it affordable to fit my pay schedule.!! Thanks to her and the rest of the staff for giving me a home, and a 2nd chance ! ❤️

Ruth was by far one of the best people to work with. We moved in before the hurricane last year and 2 weeks later the hurricane hit causing us to move again. Ruth was able to get us with Matt and help us move units due to damage from the storm. Fast forward to now. We decided to move to Spartanburg and stay within NOAH. However, the process became stressful and full of questions but Ruth came to the rescue getting us to the right people and even playing liaison between us and the new property to help us out. If you work with anyone at NOAH if it’s Ruth you’re solid.

Terrible terrible terrible. I can't say it enough. No sense of urgency. No regards for the tenants. Charging tenants that are on Section-8 full rental prices just to get the money tied up in litigation. The maintenance men come in your home without permission. They never answer the phone. They never return emails. Again, just TERRIBLE!!!
