I had a great experience with Noah management. Not only did they help me screen tenant ,followed up all maintenance in my unit,they also managed well and never had any issues. They took care of all licensing requirements for me as i have a very busy schedule. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with my eye closed. Noah's is absolutely top notch as a property management company! My wife and I have been with them since 2012, after a horrendous experience with a different management company- they dropped the ball on our HOA dues, and first I knew about it was a call from a collections lawyer with a lien on the property! Needless to say as a military family who gets moved about frequently and couldn't be local to the property, that kind of nonsense is untenable. We fired them immediately and found Noah's Preferred Properties, and they have been brilliant going on 12 years. Noah's is excellent at marketing and renting the property (we have had 1 month of vacancy in 12 years), and operate with exceptional attention to detail. They proactively protect both our property and our tenants experience, and have made being a long distance property owner as stress free as possible!

Noah's managed my rental property for approximately 10 years. The services provided me were invaluable. The associates at Noah's took care of my renters and my every needs in a most expedient manner, they were quick to respond and take action, and I would never have been able to manage my rental property without them. I once tried to manage a rental property on my own and I lost over $25,000 in less than a year. Lesson learned. Noah's was the first and only rental management company I hired subsequently. I have no experience with any other company for comparison, and that is because I never had need to look anywhere else. Noah's was also most helpful when I did sell my rental property.
