Highly recommend them we bought a 2014 low mileage truck. I’ve always been skeptical about buying used vehicles. And my fear cam true when after 4 days off owning the vehicle the A/C compressor locked causing my engine to shut off. This is a freak thing that doesn’t happen very often. We signed a as is when we bought the vehicle. So I expected to be screwed with this truck. But to my surprise Brandon the sales manager told me it would be taken care of and gave me a loaner truck. I can’t be more happy, they were all very respectful and treated my pregnant wife and me with a lot of respect. They have made a customer for life I couldn’t be more happier with the whole experience. Thanks Northcutt I look forward to doing business with you all in the future. Happy Customer!!

I purchased my 2017 Dodge Journey on Memorial Day 2018. The process was extremely easy, I was on the lot for less than an hour total! Ryan Martin was my salesman. After about a week, I noticed that my back two tires were not in the greatest of shape. I got ahold of Rich Fuller, and he advised me that it would be taken care of. I took it in to Stephen Gross, and he set me up with a loaner vehicle to drive. Rather than replacing just the two back tires, they ordered me a new set of tires. I am more than satisfied with my experience! The whole team at Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota were extremely polite, and have definitely earned my repeat business. Thank You!!!

This review is a year late for a reason, I like to wait a good year after buying a car just to give it time for all the issues that were hidden to come out. To my delight, there have been no issues with this SUV. I bought a 2006 ford expedition. I am absolutely in love with this SUV. It has taken me to the beach, and all over Texas really. Enough about the car I am over the moon that it has worked out, and clearly, I love it. Moving on to the customer service, the service here is absolutely on point. From day one Willie and the financial department guy (cannot remember his name) have been the kindest people. Determined to get me in the car I had my eye on. They even drove it to me! From Oklahoma to Texas. From the day we bought the car to now I have received cards for holidays, including my birthday. They are truly like family and from this point on this is where I will be buying my vehicles and my children’s when they come of driving age. Thank you Northcutt Auto you have really blessed this family.

Great experience. Brandon is the best! I had my Jeep on consignment for about 3 months never got a call from dealership about anyone offering to purchase(They had it marked way high). So I went and got it and took it to Brandon and in less than a month he had it sold. I definitely recommend checking them out. Thanks for your help.
