Northern Michigan Metal Roofing

This fall I had a cold roof installed on my log cabin. I was very impressed of the company’s knowledge and workmanship on this type of application. The foreman was always there to guide and help when needed. The workers were very professional and hard working. The clean-up was impeccable. I addressed a few additions that were not in my original quote. Mike, the owner, was happy to accommodate my requests. They are also certified with Certainteed for the shingles which gave me an extended warranty. I would highly recommend Northern Michigan Metal Roofing if you are looking for a new roof. Mike and his NMMR roofing crew did a great job installing our new metal roof! From start to finish, the installation went smoothly and quickly. We opted for the "copper" color for our Houghton Lake cottage and utility shed. It looks incredible! We have been recieving "many new roof compliments", from our neighbors, since the day it was completed! We had metal roofing estimates for as much as three times what NMMR charged for their Lifetime Warranty Roof? Not sure how any roof could come out any better, at any price, than the quality metal roof that Northern Michigan Metal Roofing installed. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional kept us apprised of the project at every turn. Our cottage roof was caving in and under built. Our project was extensive roof trusses, new roof, siding, windows. Many surprises that Mike was on top of and didn’t pice gouge us. Project started end of January and they’re almost done February 2024. I appreciate all of the work being done and the workers, working in the snow to finish our cottage. It’s a brand new place.
