I recently had surgery here and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The pre-admission staff and registration/billing team were friendly, patient, and helpful, which made the process much less stressful. My surgeon was excellent, and the nurses who cared for me before and after surgery were outstanding. I did have some difficulty coming out of anesthesia and ended up needing to stay overnight instead of being discharged the same day, but the staff handled everything professionally and with great care. Everyone checked on me often, explained what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable and safe. Even though things didn’t go exactly as planned, I always felt well cared for and supported. I’m very thankful for the entire team, from pre-admission to registration, nursing staff, and my doctor for taking such great care of me.

The team at NW TX Healthcare Sysems hospital is an excellent well oiled machine. Everyone involved provided not only outstanding care but also the level of compassion to demonstrate they care. The ONLY downside was poor communication about the different findings and doctor's plan. Blood was drawn and little if any information about it was conveyed. The doctors did a great job but I was largely in the dark about where in the process we were. These are highly trained intelligent individuals. I am sure they are capable of fully explain information to the patients. They need to be given the time to do so.

Excellent, professional, and high level of caring by all staff from Nursing to housekeeping staff. Special shout out to my nurses, Mona and David and all the nursing techs that took care of me. In addition to the staff that attended to me in the Stress Lab. Thank you for having a staff that provided a caring, compassionate, and calming atmosphere during my time of stress and fear.
