NovaMed Urgent Care in Illinois

Came here a few months ago just before opening (around 7:50 AM) for an employment drug test. I was in a rush to get to work, and I was in and out in just 15 minutes—including paperwork and wait time. Fast, efficient service and very kind staff! Great experience overall!

I visited NovaMed for my DOT medical card and had an excellent experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs medical certification.

I had a very disappointing experience with the ENT doctor at this urgent care. She didn’t even perform a proper examination and simply prescribed antibiotics, which did not help at all. I felt rushed and dismissed the entire time. On top of that, her medical assistant was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit even more unpleasant. I left the clinic frustrated, without clear answers, and with no improvement in my condition. This is not the kind of care patients should receive, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!
