Was in a car accident on the expressway. Ambulance brought me to facility. Immediately they said they had no beds in the back and put in in w/c in the waiting area. Almost 4 hours later still no service. Ive informed them I just had spinal surgery. And I’m in severe pain. Still no one has come to check on me or the others in the lobby. We were told all personnel is in a meeting and no one is available to see us. This is unacceptable and unbelievable

I was assaulted in April and had to come here for a Sexual Assault kit. The examination was nearly as traumatic as the actually assault. Only one nurse was trained to do it and she kept dragging on about how tedious it was. She also mentioned they don't get them often- probably from lack of reporting, not lack of assaults. The inner examination was incredibly painful and the doctor doing it made no effort to ensure my comfort. Only one woman, a CNA who's name I've since forgotten made an effort to provide empathetic care. 2/10, would rather just pass away then come here again.

I ended up here because I started bleeding at 37 weeks. I had an emergency delivery. My labor was unforgettable. The nurse treated me like she was my sister. She took care of me, wiped my tears, held my hand, encouraged me, and comforted me. The OB department is emmaculate. They even blessed me with a load of things to take home for my baby. 10 out of 10 I do recommend. This is a pic of the staff coming around blessing new moms.

My mother was taken to Roseland Hospital’s emergency room yesterday on Friday July 25th, 2025 and was treated with shocking disrespect and neglect. After returning from an ultrasound, she explained that she could not walk and needed assistance getting back into the bed. A staff member said they would find a nurse, but she overheard the nurse say in the hallway, “Uh uh, she’s gonna have to get up herself.” The nurse then came in, harshly told my mother to get in bed by herself, and stormed out after snatching off the bed sheet never returning. My mom has extremely limited mobility and cannot walk unaided. Hours later, when she asked to use the restroom, the same nurse rudely questioned her, asking how she goes at home and how she plans to get out of the hospital. The disregard and cruelty were appalling. I came to the hospital immediately, filed a complaint with the charge nurse (Tanisha), and was told I’d need to speak with someone named Thomas to get the nurse’s name. I will be taking this matter further. Patients deserve dignity and proper care—this was a violation of both.
