Odeon Hamilton

I have been dealing with chronic fatigue and foot pain for the past few years. We just get "used" to it. I have followed Odeon Hamilton for some time now, and this week I had a new session with Claire. Let me tell you, just the rewiring of how to walk properly, and the mechanics of your walk is totally worth it! She brings a mindfulness back to the way we sit, walk and stand! THEN!! The fascia stretching... OMG this is next level. My body has never felt so good, and I have tried chiro, massage and all the things, this is just another level. The next day at the end of the day, when my feet typically hurt the most, it didn't even cross my mind until I was writing before bed. Every body is different, and when they say we aren't cut from the same cloth, Claire helps to clean our own personal cloth! All I can say is have an open mind, in the world of face pace an instant this whole session makes you slow down and feel the process. I'm excited for the next session and looking forward to sharing after round 2! Joel

Amazing place, much more than just a "gym"! I looked at MANY local gyms and fitness centers prior to starting back on my fitness journey (after many years of inactivity). Odeon just felt right and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the warm and friendly community, to the incredibly coached fitness classes, I couldn't be happier. I have even started utilizing the sauna and cold plunge facilities - complete game changer!
