Oha Wellness Toronto

I have been going to a variety of yoga classes at Oha the past couple months and have enjoyed every single one! Each instructor puts so much care into the classes and puts their own personal touches into the yoga practice. There is a great variety of classes depending on your mood and I always leave the studio feeling refreshed and relaxed. The studio space is warm and inviting and the dimmed lighting and lack of mirrors creates an environment where you can challenge yourself and really go inward in your practice. Romika and Amanda’s yoga/pilates classes are great on the days you want more of a challenge. Avinash, Virginie and Monica’s flow and yin classes provide balance and clarity. Love this studio!

OHA Wellness is such a warm, grounding space - the kind you walk into and instantly feel at ease. The candlelight classes are especially magical, with their soft glow and calming energy. I have been to over 30 classes led by Amanda, Romika and Virginie who are incredible teachers. Each brings their own beautiful presence, but they all share a gift for creating a supportive, mindful, and deeply nourishing practice. If you’re looking for a cozy, heart-centered studio to move, breathe, and reconnect, OHA is it. Highly recommend.

English follows J'ai vécu pour la première fois le Echo Sound Bath. Il n'y a pas suffisamment de mots pour décrire à quel point j’ai apprécié cet immense moment de détente. Quel état d’apaisement lorsque j’ai senti la résonance de la vibration du bol tibétain au bas de mon dos. Je n’avais jamais vécu pareille expérience de paix intérieure. L'effet de sérénité s'est prolongé dans les heures et la journée suivante. Merci particulier à Romika qui a su guider ce moment dans le calme et de façon attentionnée ainsi qu'à mon hôte, Caroline qui m'a invité à vivre ce moment. J'y retournerai le mois prochain! I experienced the Echo Sound Bath for the first time. There are not enough words to describe how much I enjoyed this immense moment of relaxation. What a state of calm when I felt the resonance of the Tibetan bowl's vibration at the bottom of my back. I had never experienced such an experience of inner peace. The effect of serenity extended into the following hours and day. Special thanks to Romika who guided this moment with calm and attention, as well as to my host, Caroline, who invited me to experience this moment. I will return next month!
