Absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed at. I wanted a staycation for my husband’s birthday. So glad we found this gem! The service was great. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The venue was beautiful. The food was 12/10!!! We could not believe how delicious the food was. The truffle Mac and cheese… oh my goodness!!!! I was looking for a resort with a heated pool. This place did not disappoint. Pool was amazing. A lot of places will say heated pool but it’s still cold to get in but this pool was so warm!!! I jumped right in.

We had an amazing family time at Alderbrook for my husband’s birthday. This is a very family friendly place. The food was amazing, the property is just breathtaking beautiful, the service was top notch. We rented a cottage for our family and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The property had lots of fun things to do. We spent lots of time in the indoor pool- Kids had a blast. Highly recommend!

This location is a five star all the way! Grounds are well kept and clean, and beautiful. The banquet service and our service are exceptional. When calling this location, the service was minimal at best. However, being at the facility in person the service was better. My frustration is when we checked in there was no notification of a scheduled power outage for that evening, throughout the night, and into the morning of the next day. No flashlights were offered, and no notice was given at the time of check-in. I discovered a card in my room after I had been on the property for at least four hours. When I woke up at three in the morning, I was startled that I could not turn on the light, did not have a flashlight, and no power outage light in the restroom to guide me to the bathroom. It’s made me think about a lack of safety of the property with zero power. I was unable to sleep the rest of that night! The power was supposed to return at 6 AM and did not return until 8 AM, Long after our guests were to arrive at our plant meeting, which was to start at 8 AM. When I checked out, I was stunned to see I was charged full price for my room nights! Scheduled outage, which they had known about for two weeks, is a solid fail in my opinion. It is also a serious safety issue!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time for 2 nights and had the best time. The resort is beautiful, the staff are friendly, the food is fantastic. We booked a couples massage and had the most relaxing experience. We neglected to make reservations at the restaurant for dinner, but both nights we were able to find seating immediately at the lounge and had access to the full menu anyways. Our waitress the second night, Alicia, was an absolute delight. We let her know we were celebrating a special occasion and she gave us some champagne 🍾 There are ample beautiful spots to sit both indoors and outdoors, we enjoyed reading and playing the board games provided in the lobby. We are not very outdoorsy, but still enjoyed taking advantage of some of the shorter hiking trails. And of course, I can’t forget to mention the cats on site, so cute! We will definitely be back as soon as possible!
