I suspected it would be the heating element and while I'm not afraid of a little DIY and YouTube, when would I find the time to repair it? I searched the internet for appliance repair technicians near me. Came across On Premise, great reviews and they serviced my area. I submitted a message thru their online system and within 10-15 minutes Mr. James reached out via email, text and then followed up with a phone call. We spoke Friday afternoon around 3:45, he was at our home around 4:30 and was done by 5:20. He was very courteous and clean. After the initial diagnosis, he confirmed it was the heating element. $231 dollars later, I had a working dryer. I definitely would recommend Mr. James! Thanks again for the awesome service!
