New patient to this location. Sage, Khai, Daniel, and Dr. Noel have made me feel really welcomed and part of the one medical team. I was worried about stuff and they made sure I got everything I needed. This year has been hard with a lot of doctor visits. It was great to come into a place feeling respected and heard. It is hard to find these days. Thank you sooo much ladies for all you do!

Cannot say enough positive things about One Medical and Dr. Castillo. I have been going to Dr. Castillo since 2018/2019 and he has always gone above, attend to any concerns, even outside of business hours, and really listen to me. I am so grateful to have found him, and would recommend him and One Medical to any one seeking a new primary care physician.

Went here a couple times. Staff nurses and doctors are professional and helpful. If you need water bring some since thay will not have any (because of Covid).

The location is very convenient to get to. It is on the ground floor, street level, which means you avoid having to badge up into a building. The buzzer on the door was clearly marked and made entry into the secure street level office a breeze. I scheduled my appointment in the app and Dr. Babbin sent me different questionnaires and requests to complete in the app, ahead of our visit. There was very little wait time, and the office was running right on schedule. Checking in was simple. The waiting room had plenty of space and was well lit from all of the natural light. I met with Dr. Babbin and her bedside manner was amazing. My voice was heard and I felt like my questions were clearly answered. The on site lab turned my results in 24hrs. The lab tech was AMAZING. I barely felt the needle begin enter for my bloodwork or shots.
