Brilliant service on a quality product. Our daughter’s bag, which is over 15 years old, was in a wrestling match with an airport luggage system and lost! One wheel was missing and she didn’t use it recently when she went to Bali. No problem we contacted the One Planet team and they said to drop it in we can fix it. We live about 500klms from their factory and we dropped it off on a Thursday. As we were returning home in the Monday we asked would it be possible to have this done by then and yes was their response. 30 minutes later we get a telephone call saying we’ve fixed the bag and put two new wheels on (only one was missing) and we’ve repaired the bag where it’s been torn on the side where the wheel was missing. We do a quick u turn and go back and it’s done. The repair when it was torn we didn’t know about however One Planet did and they stitched and glued it without asking and we’re grateful. Do yourself a favour, buy one of their bags and if any wrecks it, they’ll fix it. The cost of repairs was so minimal, that we felt bad about paying the final cost. Thank you One Planet!

I have used their gear for a good few years now, at least 8 as a commercial outdoor educator and I have personally used the goondie 2 tent for about 5 years loved it every time I put it up. About two weeks ago I brought in two sleeping bags for a wash repair and re-stuff. When my sleeping bags arrived back home they where in very good condition the job they did to two well used sleeping bags in not the best condition was incredible. I am very happy with the work, the price and the effort they put into their products. Will continue to used their products proudly, especially because they repair the heavily used and prone to used damage parts.

I purchased a full backpack in 2012. Good quality and simple which means there is little to go wrong. After many treks and punishments, including one episode in a bus hold where I really thought it would be trashed, it's still going strong with just some minor scuff marks. I recently cleaned it for the first time. Should last forever at this rate. If I had my backpack stolen I would buy One Planet again. Their shoes are also good and designed for Australian feet. The owner answers queries fairly promptly.
