Don't be fooled by good reviews. Ordered items in the middle of January, received half the order 2 weeks later. Good, as expected. After a month, still haven't picked or sent the remainder, even though it was in stock as per the website. This company sells items they don't have in stock, read other reviews and a lot of people have had the same experience. One star for sending half the order.

Purchased 30L Tuff Terrain water tank Road Shower in-store on 4/11/2025. I specifically asked about returns before purchasing and was assured it would fine and not to worry. Upon install I found that the unit does not fit Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform (Australia’s most popular rack platform), in fact the unit will not fit any flat mounted application despite the fact that it is advertised as having universal mounting kit. I reached out to the team and sent photos via email to which they didn’t reply. I went back in-store the following day with receipt and item in original packaging to return it. Sales team acknowledged and admitted it will not fit my rack system and I was advised to go by chopping boards and cut them up to create a 2” spacer and buy longer bolts to make it fit. They refused to refund the item even after reminding them of their obligations under ACL. The tank is absolutely useless to my needs (unit doesn’t fit and I’m not about to cut up chopping blocks to jerry rig my $100k setup with this junk that doesn’t fit); I left the unit with them and they still refuse to refund the problem. Next step. File a complaint with the ACCC, hopefully they can bring this rogue enterprise back into line. Word to the wise buyers. Sort reviews by lowest rating and see the plethora of 1 star reviews in the last couple of months. Have now purchased and installed Bushwakka Wild Washer which on paper holds more pressure, heats up hotter and mounts perfectly to Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform. Spend the extra $50 and get the aluminium Wild Washer. Below pics are receipt. The Junk Tuff Terrain tank and the Bushwakka tank that replaced it.

WARNING!! Worst company I've ever dealt with, happy to take customers money and only send pathetic excuses in return. Over 2 weeks and nothing sent for items that were meant to be in stock, only got a refund when I started threatening them with the ACCC and QLD fair trading. Plenty of honest and reliable companies around that actually send orders out and care about their customers. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Well what can I say about them? Gotta say I wish I found them sooner but that’s all good I will buy from these guys from now on, thanks for the antenna bracket that I bought from them last week and amazing fast delivery. Highly recommend these guys for all your needs.. I’m definitely ordering some more as we speak. 🫶🏾🤙🏾🤣
