I had an amazing experience last week at One Planet. I had very good conversations with the staff, who provided excellent advice and customer service. One thing I can say about this store is that they truly take care of their customers and deliver the best service. The bags are a bit pricey, but you definitely pay for quality and great service. Highly recommended.

This is ONLY a 5 star review because I can't give more!! I have researched backpacks and travel packs for months and arrived at a preliminary short list of two. Hands down, this company, its philosophy and today its Sunday staff (Sophie and Henry) held up the whole package to the level I had hoped was not just marketing spin. The packs are Australian designed and thoughtfully manufactured. Incredibly thorough thought processes have gone into the whole ecosystem. I look forward to being life long customers on this extraordinary business. I can't wait for our next backpacking adventure.

Nothing can beat the quality and specialist knowledge of One Planet... seriously!! And it's all locally owned and made! I just got an extra large day pack fitted perfectly for my upcoming trip on the Camino de Santiago and have used my big overnighter for years including in rough Tassie terrain... and it's still good as new! 10/10
