One Stop Insurance is awesome! They helped me with an Insurance policy for my mother’s car, motorcycle and condo. Her last insurance agent set her up with awful coverage without explaining the coverage. This could’ve caused a serious issue if an accident would have occurred. I’m grateful that One Stop insurance was able to set her up on way better coverage for about the same price giving us peace of mind that she has great coverage if something does occur. Shaun took the time to go through the whole process to find the right fit for my mom which was very important to us. They have a great customer support team too! Thank you to Sam, Shaun and Jonathan! We appreciate you!

I originally loved One Stop Insurance and have been a customer for a long time. However the office staff has completely changed and doesn't care to help resolve any issues. The carrier they put my boat through decided to cancel the policy out of no where but keep my other vehicles. I have been calling One Stop for WEEKS trying to figure out what was going on and getting it resolved. I have gotten nothing but the run around and lies. Maria and Sam have both told me multiple times they will help me and are looking into the issue and will call me back. They DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I have to constantly call them. They told me they were shopping new carriers and again never baked me back. I had to go out and find a new carrier in my own. I also am getting hit with a cancelation fee for the policy issue that was outside my control and we're supposed to rarest and call me back. Still nothing so I call again. I ask to speak to Shaun and they tell me the internet is down so I can't speak to him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH ONE STOP INSURANCE. It's not worth the headache and horrible customer service.

One Stop Insurance has been exceptional to work with. The team ensures all of our needs are covered and provides excellent customer service. They answer all of our questions promptly and are great at listening to our concerns. When our home insurance carrier dropped us, they hunted down the best policy to make sure we didn't have one day without coverage. I've worked with Maria several times, and she is fantastic!
