Horrible company. We had to call about 10 times over two months, wasting a lot of time trying to confirm the gas we paid and get a refund for the remaining money. I especially want to mention the rude woman named Victoria (owner), who refused to sort out her debt and was constantly rude. It seemed like they simply didn't want to return the remaining money and were deliberately creating such a stressful environment. Try to avoid any dealings with this terrible company!!!! Good luck to everyone, except this company.

Be prepared for a 23 page lease that is most likely not entirely legal in Philadelphia. Clauses like ā€œ must pay a professional cleaner and show receipt upon move out.ā€ Plus the company demands renters take care of snow removal and trash (fines) by the city of Philadelphia. Is this really the tenants’ responsibility? Especially when the sidewalk is shared by a business and two other tenants? How does that work exactly.? Like another reviewer I paid the deposit, received the lease and actually spoke to the owner face to face. Then I was emailed that the place was rented by someone else. I fail to see how this is an example of a company that is professional. Once a deposit is received the place should be taken off the market. Seriously I’ve never seen a 23 page lease and I’ve lived in 5 different states. Oh yea. They want you to initial every single page, sign, scan and return to them via email. Ever heard of Docusign? I don’t know anybody who would make these unreasonable demands upon potential customers and then renig on a deal with some lousy excuse that it’s the owners decision. There really isn’t any excuse for this behavior.

My boyfriend and I were trying to get a place with this group! We had a tour, fell in love with the place and sent in our full application fees, deposits, etc. We were sent a lease document, told to sign and then were told not to shortly after because they’re ā€œgoing in a different direction.ā€ I understand that there are many applications for places in the city and it can get competitive but to this point? Sounds like we dodged a bullet with all the complaints I have seen. They did finally return our money but multiple days later. The were quite unapologetic and didn’t seem to mind the fact that this set us back a few days finding an apartment. Taking it as a sign that everything happens for a reason and we probably would’ve had a bad experience living there. Would definitely reconsider or go in cautiously with this group!!

I requested a tour of one of their rentals and really liked the place so I applied and paid the $50 application fee. I get an email from one of the managers asking how many people would be living there, any pets etc. I give her all the information and the next day I get an email stating my application was declined due to my credit. I emailed her back asking how she was able to obtain my credit score without running my credit since my credit was locked. Of course I didn’t get a response back so I am currently disputing the application fee. Please stay away from this company. If this is how they treat people that aren’t renters, I can’t imagine how they treat their tenants.
