Wow! It’s been a while since I bought a new car and I ended up at this dealership to buy a pre owned Mercedes! What a beautiful building and showroom right off the West Side highway at 56th street with easy on and off to this dealership. Everyone who works here that I encountered was polite, friendly, professional and went out of their way to make my experience and transaction as easy and seamless as possible! My sales person Nyeim was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he went above and beyond any expectations I might have had for buying a new car. I have nothing but good things to say about him, the sales manager and everyone else who works here. A beautiful modern clean showroom with great decor! You won’t go wrong shopping here for your next car! Volkswagen has some great looking cars and I will keep them in mind for a future car purchase!

The service center here is top notch! Carol was my adviser and she was amazing. Super helpful and kept me updated every step along the way. I had some complicated warranty and technical issues but they were super patient and helpful. Carol set up some time for the shop foreman to go over my concerns and everyone involved, including the other dealership staff, were super nice and professional. It’s becoming rarer to see dealerships really care and be of great assistance but this is not one of those. They do try their best to make sure everything is set and taken care of. Highly recommend!!!
