If I could give this company more stars I would! I was dealing with another property management company, for our triplex, before and it was nothing but headache after headache with them. Changing to Ottawa Property Management was one of the best decisions ever. They came in and actually listened us. They followed through on everything they said they were going to do, they always respond to all my emails quickly, answer all my questions and made all my headaches go away. I almost hardly think about our rental property because I know and trust that they've got everything handled, they are taking care of our tenants and if something comes up we'll be contacted right away.
